Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

key Relationship Manager. The Key Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Key Account Relationship Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including content Team, Marketing, and customer support.

Domain Experience

Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, Consultency or Marketing/Ad Agency/Digital Marketing Experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, Consultency or Marketing/Ad Agency/Digital Marketing Experience
  • min 2-10 years experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in account management or sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
