Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager at Tabbdoc Aircraft, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, event management companies, and potential clients. Your responsibilities will involve client engagement, business development, utilization of CRM software, client visit, networking, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Client Meetings:
Visit clients to maintain relationships and conduct meetings.
Must possess own bike and laptop for travel and work purposes.
Petrol allowances will be provided for client visits.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Schedule and conduct meetings with travel agents, event management companies, and potential clients.
Nurture relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Business Development and Collaboration:
Identify collaboration opportunities and present Tabbdoc Aircraft's services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure partnerships.
CRM Software Utilization:
Assist clients in using Tabbdoc Aircraft's CRM platform.
Ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM software.
Client Retention and Satisfaction:
Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
Implement strategies to enhance client retention.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
Represent Tabbdoc Aircraft at industry events and conferences.
Build a strong network of industry contacts and referral partners.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Share insights and feedback to optimize client relationships.
