Job Description:

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and boosting sales. This role calls for superb communication skills, a customer-centered approach, and a solid grasp of the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
    • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and issues.
    • Provide personalized assistance to guarantee customer happiness.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and seize new business prospects to meet sales goals.
    • Conduct market research to grasp customer preferences.
    • Showcase and demo vehicles to potential customers.
    • Conclude sales negotiations effectively.
  • After Sales Support:
    • Follow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction.
    • Address any post-sale issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle maintenance.
  • Customer Feedback and Improvement:
    • Collect and evaluate customer feedback for enhancement opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to elevate the overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and address customer needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities and customer satisfaction indicators.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to establish and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
