Job Overview
BIZTECHNOSYS is seeking an enthusiastic Online Lead Generation professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role, suitable for freshers, requires 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will leverage various tools and strategies to generate leads, helping to expand our client base. This position provides ample opportunity to grow and develop skills in a dynamic IT service and consulting environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential business leads, enabling effective networking and relationship building. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics for monitoring website traffic and optimizing online marketing campaigns. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with SEO Tools to enhance organic search visibility and optimize content to drive traffic and increase awareness. (Mandatory skill)
- Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM to manage and track interactions and relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, offering insights and functions to automate and streamline different aspects of customer interaction.
- Experience with email marketing automation to create targeted communications and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Competency in lead scoring techniques for evaluating potential customers based on behavior relating to their interest in products.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies to create, publish, and distribute content to attract and engage a target audience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the international market using online research and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance through detailed analytics and adjust strategies accordingly for lead generation effectiveness.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital presence using lead-generating strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems such as HubSpot and Zoho for effective lead tracking and efficient management of sales pipelines.
- Create email marketing campaigns that cultivate and nurture prospects, ultimately converting them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with content creators to produce engaging materials that assist in client engagement and lead conversion.
- Continuously monitor market trends to adjust lead generation tactics and strategies accordingly.
