Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Generation Associate. The role involves identifying potential clients, building contact lists, and supporting the sales team by creating a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Research and identify potential clients in the startup and enterprise space.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a database of leads using online platforms, networking, and other resources.
- Use tools like LinkedIn etc. and industry databases to find relevant contacts.

Database Management:

- Develop and maintain an organised database of leads and prospects for future reference.

Outreach and Engagement:

- Conduct cold outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior business development team.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide insights and suggestions to the team for targeted campaigns.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation activities with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.M

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the research role is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills:

- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
