Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating high-quality leads and driving growth through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Lead Funnel Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and refine the lead funnel to maximize conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
- Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copy that resonate with the target audience.
- Performance Reporting:
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and digital advertising best practices to inform campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
- Understanding of the real estate market and buyer personas is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
