Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

We are looking for a Performance marketing executive to handle the day-to-day operations of our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization).
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are ROI-driven.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in gaming / iGaming / entertainment verticals is a bonus (significant advantage).
