We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver tangible results.
  2. Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  3. Data & Performance Analytics: Leverage data analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to track user behavior and campaign performance.
  4. Budget & ROI Management: Effectively manage and allocate digital advertising budgets to ensure optimal use of resources and cost efficiency.
  5. Campaign Optimization & Experimentation: Continuously test and optimize creatives, ad copies, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify high-performing combinations.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with key digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
