Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and product teams, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute B2B marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target audiences through market research.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver marketing projects.
  • Manage marketing budgets and coordinate the timely execution of planned activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track leads and provide insights.
  • Stay updated on new marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Prior exposure to account-based marketing is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and SEM.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
