Meta Performance Marketer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads specialist to lead and optimize our paid campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms, focusing on full-funnel performance marketing strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.

  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences and ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and take action to improve click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes, as well as consumer behavior trends within the travel industry.

  • Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and accountably for performance, running remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.

  • Optimize campaigns for different goals: lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS.

  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
