We're seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow, takes complete ownership of clients, and is passionate about scaling brands across platforms.

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms, achieving client return on ad spend (ROAS), growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

This is a remote role with competitive compensation plus performance-based incentives.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
  • Taking full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicating directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborating with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitoring and optimising campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
  • Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

The Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
