Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic marketer to oversee and scale advertising campaigns for our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns to drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness in the US market.
  • Design and implement audience targeting strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Run A/B tests to continually improve ad performance, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign spend, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing ads.
  • Proven track record working with US-based clients; understanding of the US market and customer behavior is essential.
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
