Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Professional to drive success in our paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid media efforts on Meta and Google platforms, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective paid media strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging data insights and industry best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, incorporating target audience research, competitive analysis, and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making informed decisions to optimize key metrics and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and provide regular budget tracking and reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
