About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled performance marketing professional to drive campaign success. The ideal candidate will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use this information to refine targeting options, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and achieve cost-per-acquisition targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Client Success: Drive client success by managing advertising budgets and guiding clients on how to optimize their marketing strategy for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms is essential.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
