Job Description:

This senior-level position oversees the performance marketing practice across paid channels, driving strategy and execution to exceed client goals.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ROI-focused strategies for clients across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in scaling campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or AdWords.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
