As a seasoned performance marketing expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through innovative digital strategies.

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms to maximize ROI.\
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports.\
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.\
  • Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies to stay ahead of the competition.\
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and ensure high ROI delivery through data-driven decision making.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.\

    • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.\
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.\
