About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Professional to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive student acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.
