Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager/Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:


• Create, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.


• Identify and evaluate digital marketing trends and tools to drive improvements in the online presence.


• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.


• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO to improve rankings on search engines.


• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments.

Create engaging content, post regularly, and interact with followers to grow social media engagement.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking platforms to monitor website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.

Work closely with the design, content, and product teams to ensure consistency across all digital marketing materials.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.

Experience:


• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.


• Proven track record of driving traffic, increasing brand visibility, and generating leads.


• Familiarity with website analytics and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
