Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital & Social Media Expert to lead and execute

our schools digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience

managing campaigns across all major social media platforms, strong SEO knowledge, and

students, and educational stakeholders. You will play a key role in enhancing brand

awareness, driving traffic, and acquiring leads/customers through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the

schools branding and enrollment goals.


• Manage and grow the schools presence across all major social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).


• Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, blogs,

newsletters, videos) that highlights school life, events, achievements, and updates.


• Optimize the schools website for search engines (SEO), ensuring visibility and high

rankings on Google and other platforms.


• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics; generate monthly

reports and make data-driven improvements.


• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and other

relevant platforms.


• Collaborate with the admissions team to support enrollment campaigns and improve

lead generation.


• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional

manner.


• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and video editors when needed for

campaigns.


• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices in education marketing.

Qualifications:


• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.


• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing.


• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google

Analytics, etc.


• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities

Experience in the education sector or with education - focused clients is a mandatory requirement.
