What you will do
Assist Sales & CS teams with non-standard and complex quote execution Review deals for accurate terms, billing information and product entitlements to ensure that the data is captured accurately in MoEngage internal systems Improve workflows, processes, and automation to increase the effectiveness of Deal Desk Partner with cross functional teams (finance, legal, implementation, product) to understand evolving business needs and support them wherever needed Maintain current knowledge of MoEngage product offering, pricing & packaging models Be a custodian of Customer Entitlements globally and make sure the information is updated in all downstream systems (GainSight, NetSuite & Billing Software)Preferred skills and background
Experience working with DealHub CPQ and Salesforce CRM preferred Basic understanding of SaaS subscription models Minimum 3 years experience in Deal Desk role in a SaaS company Great attention to detail and appetite to learn Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Team player who loves to collaborate cross-functionally and globally to support the business goals-
