We are a custom software development and AI consulting company looking for a dedicated professional to manage our bidding process on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Your primary responsibility will be to identify high-potential projects, prepare tailored proposals, and submit bids consistently to generate qualified leads.


Responsibilities:

  • Search for relevant projects in domains like software development, AI/automation, blockchain, e-commerce, cloud, DevOps, frontend/backend development, and staff augmentation.
  • Write and submit personalized proposals/bids based on provided templates and company capabilities.
  • Maintain a daily log of bids submitted and responses received.
  • Coordinate with our team for technical input when needed.
  • Optimize proposal strategy to improve conversion rate.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bidding or sales on Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr (mandatory).
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Understanding of IT services and software development terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver a set number of bids per day.
  • Familiarity with proposal templates and client communication best practices.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Background in lead generation or digital sales.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts on freelancing platforms.


Work Details:

  • Engagement: Part-time / Full-time (flexible based on performance)
  • Compensation: Fixed + Performance-based incentives (to be discussed)
  • Long-term collaboration preferred
