**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in preparing and submitting bids, proposals, and tender documents
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Finance) to collect necessary inputs
Monitor tender portals and websites for relevant opportunities
Maintain organized records of all bid submissions and documentation
Track proposal timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Format and proofread documents to ensure quality and compliance
Support the team with any administrative tasks related to bids and proposals

**Key Skills**:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
Ability to understand and follow procedures
Team player with a positive and proactive approach

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Fresher
Education: BBA, BA, or any Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
