Job Title: City Head – Sales (Commercial Interiors)Industry: Commercial Interiors / Real EstateKey Responsibilities - Drive direct revenue growth and establish the company’s brand presence, focusing on B2Bclient acquisition and relationship management. - Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online platforms; identify and pursue major business opportunities with corporates, co-working spaces,developers, and architects. - Present tailored commercial interior solutions to decision-makers, addressing workspaceplanning, turnkey execution, and design-build requirements. - End-to-end management of high-value sales cycles: consult with clients, conduct site visits,develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful closing and onboarding. - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends incommercial real estate and interiors sector. - Collaborate with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet clientobjectives within time and budget constraints. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and progress reports usingCRM and analytics tools. - Represent the company at industry events and meetings, expanding the business networkand enhancing corporate visibility.Core Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field (MBApreferred). - 5–10 years of successful sales/business development experience in commercial interiors,workspace solutions, or commercial real estate. - Deep understanding of tier 1 city market dynamics, trends, and the key players involved incommercial property. - Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills for complex B2B transactions. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, confident in presenting and interactingwith C-level clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools. - Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently to deliver results in a competitive andfast-paced environment.Desired Skills - Commercial Interiors Sales Expertise - B2B Business Development - Client Relationship Management - Solution Selling & Market Research - Presentation & Negotiation - Project CollaborationWhat’s on Offer - Competitive salary, incentives, and opportunity to work on transformational workspaceprojects - Fast-track career growth and exposure to high-value corporate clients, architects, anddevelopers - Innovative work culture and the chance to define organizational presence in a tier 1 city
