Job Title: City Head – Sales (Commercial Interiors)Industry: Commercial Interiors / Real EstateKey Responsibilities• Drive direct revenue growth and establish the company’s brand presence, focusing on B2Bclient acquisition and relationship management.• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online platforms;identify and pursue major business opportunities with corporates, co-working spaces,developers, and architects.• Present tailored commercial interior solutions to decision-makers, addressing workspaceplanning, turnkey execution, and design-build requirements.• End-to-end management of high-value sales cycles: consult with clients, conduct site visits,develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful closing and onboarding.• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and identify emerging trends incommercial real estate and interiors sector.• Collaborate with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet clientobjectives within time and budget constraints.• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and progress reports usingCRM and analytics tools.• Represent the company at industry events and meetings, expanding the business networkand enhancing corporate visibility.Core Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field (MBApreferred).• 5–10 years of successful sales/business development experience in commercial interiors,workspace solutions, or commercial real estate.• Deep understanding of tier 1 city market dynamics, trends, and the key players involved incommercial property.• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills for complex B2B transactions.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, confident in presenting and interactingwith C-level clients and stakeholders.• Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.• Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently to deliver results in a competitive andfast-paced environment.Desired Skills• Commercial Interiors Sales Expertise• B2B Business Development• Client Relationship Management• Solution Selling & Market Research• Presentation & Negotiation• Project CollaborationWhat’s on Offer• Competitive salary, incentives, and opportunity to work on transformational workspaceprojects• Fast-track career growth and exposure to high-value corporate clients, architects, anddevelopers• Innovative work culture and the chance to define organizational presence in a tier 1 city
