This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacart’s journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.The City Head will own the P&L for the city/region and lead sales, procurement, and operations for the Fruits category. The role involves driving growth across channels (GT, Wholesale, MT, Quick Commerce), ensuring efficient sourcing from mandis/farmers, and meeting customer demand through strong execution.ResponsibilitiesOwn city-level P&L & deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targetsDrive business across Kirana, Mandi, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce segmentsForecast demand accurately and plan procurement accordinglyBuild and expand distribution across multiple sales channelsManage and mentor the city sales and operations teamTrack prices, competitors, and seasonal trends to optimize performanceEnsure smooth fulfillment, inventory control, and minimal wastageCoordinate with the procurement team to get the right quality with right pricesA Ninja is resilient, smart, and ambitious.
