Location : Hyderabad (Managing Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Region)

Experience : 5–10 Years

CTC : Up to ₹8 LPA (Inclusive of Fixed & Variable)

Industry Preference : Merchant Acquiring, Consumer Durable Finance (CD Finance), FMCG Sales, or Allied Sectors

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented City Head – Sales to lead our business operations and growth across Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. The role involves driving revenue, expanding the partner store network (within the Health & Wellness category), and managing a high-performing on-ground sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in merchant acquiring, channel sales, or retail business development, with a proven track record in city-level operations, team leadership, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive business from existing partner stores and identify new opportunities for network expansion.
  • Acquire new stores within the health & wellness category to increase city market share.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives/Managers.
  • Set clear performance objectives and monitor results regularly.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.

3. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels among partner stores.
  • Identify and resolve partner issues proactively to drive retention and long-term engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Merchant Acquiring, CD Finance, or FMCG/Channel Sales.
  • Strong understanding of retail and channel management.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and leading large sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (Mandatory).
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
