CLIENT : Leading digital rewards and loyalty solutions company specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers enabling 250+ leading retail and E Commerce brands catering to 200+ corporate clients including Banks & Payment Gateways. Key responsibilities: Drive P&L for the gift voucher and loyalty programs of partner clients by regularly monitoring for upsell & growth. Collaborate with brands to create, design and execution of innovative digital reward & loyalty programs to drive client retention and loyalty to help the brand to connect, engage and retain their target audiences. Regularly engage with C-Suite executives to understand client business needs and strategic goals. Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of products and services. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize wallet share. Incumbent Profile: MBA, exp 10-12 years in Key Account Management in FinTech Solutions/Payment Gateway/Loyalty & Reward Cos.
