Key responsibilities: Spearhead Account Payable function leading a team of AP professionals. Ensure timely, accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers and manage vendor relationships and resolve payment-related issues swiftly. Ensure accurate booking of purchase costs in the books of accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards ( I-GAAP). Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations for all payments and reconciliations. Manage indirect and direct taxation-related queries. Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank statements, including balance confirmations. Drive automation initiatives for AP processes and reconciliations to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Generate detailed financial reports related to accounts payable for internal stakeholders. Incumbent Profile: CA/CMA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting) . Must have worked in an organization with a minimum annual turnover of ₹500 crores Worked with Fintech Cos/Banks/Payment Gateways.
