VP Client Servicing: Digital Rewards/Gifting/Fintech

: Leading digital rewards and loyalty solutions company specializing in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers enabling 250+ leading retail and E Commerce brands catering to 200+ corporate clients including Banks & Payment Gateways.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive P&L for the gift voucher and loyalty programs of partner clients by regularly monitoring for upsell & growth.
- Collaborate with brands to create, design and execution of innovative digital reward & loyalty programs to drive client retention and loyalty to help the brand to connect, engage and retain their target audiences.
- Regularly engage with C-Suite executives to understand client business needs and strategic goals.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize wallet share.
Incumbent Profile:
- Proven track record in client servicing, analytics, business development with multi sectoral experience in Corporate and Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development and Client Relationship Management across FinTech, Telecom, Information Services and FMCG Verticals.
- Experience in working with cross-functional internal teams (product, tech, finance, legal).
- Domain knowledge in fintech/Payment, SaaS, gifting, loyalty, or enterprise services.
Annual Compensation: 30 LPA
