Job Description: Digital HR Solution Design / Presales Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Digital Transformation Services (DTS)

Reports To: DTS Practice Lead / Program Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for designing innovative digital HR transformation solutions, driving presales excellence, and influencing stakeholders through impactful consulting and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Consulting – Analyze requirements, design scalable HR digital solutions, lead workshops, ensure architecture alignment.
  • Proposal Development – Create high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs, build compelling solution narratives, leverage reusable assets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Act as trusted advisor, present solutions with storytelling, build strong client and partner relationships.
  • HR Digitization – Identify automation opportunities (onboarding, payroll, performance), implement improvements via RPA/low-code tools.

Skills & Competencies

  • Domain Knowledge – Core HR processes (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee lifecycle, Performance).
  • Technology Expertise – HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle), automation (UiPath, Power Automate), cloud, AI/ML, digital platforms.
  • Consulting Skills – Business analysis, process reengineering, solution mapping, client-facing consulting experience.
  • Communication – Exceptional PowerPoint, data visualization, strong verbal/written communication.
  • Collaboration & Leadership – Leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, adaptability.
  • Tools – Power BI/Tableau, MS Office Suite, project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
