organization.

• Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape.

• Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.

• Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data and perform periodical forecasting and
reporting.

• Manage, train, and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth.

• Formulate suitable strategies to drive customer loyalty, dealer & distributor loyalty.
Required Experience:

• TMT sales leadership experience of minimum 10 - 12 years in Karnataka

• Must have experience of trade sales and marketing for TMT Rebars
