Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the Banca Channel in the assigned cluster.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless business operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to enhance productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for the team to improve sales effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to formulate strategies for business expansion.
- Collaborate with bank branch staff to increase penetration of life insurance products.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and improve policy persistency.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize cross-selling and upselling Skillsets:
- Strong sales and business development skills in the life insurance sector.
- Masters is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Team leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to drive sales through the Banca Channel and manage partner relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business planning and execution.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
