Role Summary
- Identify and evaluate new markets for franchise expansion in line with business goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and onboard new franchise partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial feasibility studies for potential locations.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, including lead generation, partner engagement, negotiations, and agreement closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise guidelines, and brand standards.
- Support franchisees during the launch phase and provide ongoing operational guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, academics, legal, finance) to ensure smooth franchise set-up and scaling.
- Track franchisee performance and drive initiatives to improve revenue growth and customer experience.
- Represent the company at franchise expos, networking events, and industry forums.
