Account Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced executive to drive account development and growth. This role requires strategic planning, sales expertise, and excellent customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop customer-centric business strategies to ensure effective utilization and deployment of resources to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Sales Strategies: Chart out sales strategies for the respective territory contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth to achieve profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Demonstrate excellence by implementing sales initiatives that create positive experiences for clients.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify and meet key influencers-purchasers, architects, contractors, and builders, presenting them solutions.
  • High-Value Accounts: Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective client engagement.
  • Relationship Development: Develop mature relationships with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of both parties.
  • Long-Term Relationships: Build and cultivate long-term quality relationships with major Key Accounts by addressing needs and providing superior customer service.
  • Event Marketing: Actively participate in event marketing, sales, and brand promotion.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new & unexplored market segments / customer groups using segmentation and penetration strategies for business expansion.
  • Sales Forecasting: Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily, monthly, and yearly sales target accomplishment.
  • Team Performance: Foster a positive work environment that drives team performance with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of institutional/project/solution sales experience in a highly sales-oriented organization.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in building materials will be preferred.
  • Education: BE/BTech/BE/BTech with MBA would be preferred; however, individuals with good sales experience in institutional/project/solution sales can also apply.
