Key Responsibilities: -

 Manage Debtor Accounts and ensure timely collections.

 Perform account reconciliations with accuracy and consistency.

 Calculate and manage discount workings (trade schemes, settlement discounts).

 Analyse financial data for variance analysis, reporting, and insights.

 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

 Ensure compliance and handling of GST, TDS, TCS and related tax matters.

Technical Skills: -

Strong command over Advanced Excel, including:

 LOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOK UP

 Pivot Tables

 Conditional Formatting

 Data Validation

 SUMIF / COUNTIF / IF statements

Familiarity with accounting software:

 Navision

 Tally

Soft Skills:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
