About the Company : We are actively seeking Channel Sales candidates for a renowned Real Estate client based in Mumbai.
About the Role : This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing a strong network of channel partners to drive residential sales.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners to drive residential sales.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with brokers, agencies, and external sales partners.
- Conduct regular partner trainings, project briefings, and site visits to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Monitor lead flow and conversions from channel partners, ensuring quality and timely closures.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry.
Required Skills :
- Strong broker network and understanding of local market dynamics (Mumbai preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in residential sales.
