About the Company: We are actively seeking Channel Sales candidates for a renowned Real Estate client based in Mumbai.

About the Role: This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing a strong network of channel partners to drive residential sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of channel partners to drive residential sales.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with brokers, agencies, and external sales partners.
  • Conduct regular partner trainings, project briefings, and site visits to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Monitor lead flow and conversions from channel partners, ensuring quality and timely closures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry.

Required Skills:

  • Strong broker network and understanding of local market dynamics (Mumbai preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in residential sales.
