Drive Channel Sales for EV Batteries

About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for driving channel sales and expanding the distribution network for EV batteries across India. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with dealers and OEMs in the growing EV ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue and market penetration through indirect sales channels.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our reach and increase sales.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth, providing regular reports on channel sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in automotive batteries, preferably in a channel sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, including dealers and OEMs.
  • Proven experience in Li-ion Batteries, EV Batteries & Chargers, and understanding of the EV ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology, power electronics, and energy management systems.
  • Ability to train and present to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision and work independently.
  • Possess negotiation skills for partner margins, pricing structures, and target achievement terms.
  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Energy Management.
