Work DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding healthcare clients, specifically targeting doctors and medical professionals across the USA.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads within the healthcare industry, focusing on doctors and medical practices.Direct Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos to explain products, services, and value propositions to potential clients.Follow-ups: Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up calls, emails, and CRM updates to convert prospects into clients.Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful account setup.Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in healthcare or related sectors).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.QualificationsInside Sales and Lead Generation skillsStrong Communication and Sales skillsExperience in Business DevelopmentExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesHighly motivated with the ability to work independently and remotelyPrior experience in the healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldCompensation & Benefits:Salary: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).Incentives: Attractive client onboarding incentives and performance-based bonuses.Growth Opportunity: Excellent potential for career advancement within the organization.
