Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries and concerns via social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and concerns
- Providing customers with accurate and helpful information about our Lottery business
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing any concerns and complaints
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media customer support

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and outside of regular business hours if required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven experience in customer support or related field
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn

Additional/Optional requirements
- Experience with Social Media Management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social etc) or the eagerness to learn such tools.
