We're looking for a Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team at Coimbatore As a Social Media Associate, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish high-quality content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with our content team to create engaging visuals, videos, and written content

  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

  • Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns and contests

  • Help manage our social media calendar and schedule posts

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field

  • Proven experience in creating engaging social media content

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms

  • Excellent writing and communication skills - Tamil & English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools

Nice-to-haves:

  • Hands on experience in managing and boosting Social Media pages

  • Video presentation and creation

  • Experience with organic social media advertising

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: Day shift

Salary: Upto 35K CTC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
