Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Coimbatore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating compelling and strategic content. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and effective campaigns while monitoring performance metrics and audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
  • Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking is a strong advantage
  • Ability to develop creative and targeted social media campaigns
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the marketing/IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
