With a presence across 40+ countries, we’re continuously innovating to meet the evolving demands of the manufacturing industry.Visit us at: www.Sltl.ComRole Overview :-As an International Sales Executive at SLTL Group, you will play a vital role in expanding our global presence by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving international revenue growth for our advanced laser and engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities :-Drive international business development across target markets (Europe, Middle East, Asia, Americas, etc.)Identify, approach, and close deals with global clients, distributors, and channel partnersPresent technical product solutions (Laser Systems, Medical Devices, Diamond Tools, etc.) to clients in a consultative mannerParticipate in international exhibitions, roadshows, and webinars representing SLTL’s solutionsPrepare sales proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in coordination with internal teamsMonitor competitor activities and share feedback for strategy alignmentCoordinate with technical and operations teams for pre- and post-sales supportEnsure compliance with export regulations and international trade requirementsPrepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and MIS as requiredCandidate Profile :-2–5 years of proven international B2B sales experience in capital machinery / high-tech equipmentExposure to engineering or laser technology products preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skills with cross-cultural understandingAbility to understand technical specifications and demonstrate product valueProficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and global sales documentationWillingness to travel internationally (30–50% travel expected)Strong follow-up and customer management capabilitiesEducation :-Bachelor’s in EngineeringMBA (International Business / Marketing) preferredWhat We Offer :-Competitive salary + Incentive structureInternational travel exposure and networking opportunitiesOpportunity to work with industry-leading technologiesDynamic and growth-focused work environment
