Your main tasks will include:1. Market Research:○ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.○ Analyse industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.2. Lead Generation:○ Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.○ Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into clients.3. Client Engagement:○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.○ Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.4. Sales and Negotiation:○ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.○ Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.5. Collaboration:○ Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.○ Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.6. Reporting:○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.○ Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services industry.● Strong understanding of web development and design services.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
