We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with established connections in the sourcing and procurement teams of international airlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with airlines for onboard sales, loyalty programs, and co-branded collaborations.
Airline Partnerships: Leverage existing relationships and build new ones with procurement teams of international airlines to introduce tag8's products.
Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to integrate tag8's smart tracking solutions into airline onboard retail, duty-free, inflight catalogues, and corporate gifting.
B2B Sales & Negotiations: Engage with airline decision-makers, procurement heads, and category managers to close deals and negotiate long-term contracts.
Market Research: Monitor trends in airline retail and loyalty programs to position tag8's products effectively.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of airline partnerships.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or procurement within the aviation, travel retail, or corporate gifting space.
Established network in international airline sourcing/procurement teams.
Proven track record of securing B2B partnerships with airlines or travel-related businesses.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Understanding of airline procurement processes, inflight retail, and travel loyalty programs.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
