Sales/Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a sales and business development executive with 2–5 years of experience in IT services sales. You will utilize Sales Navigator and other digital channels to identify potential clients, build relationships, and drive new business. Strong communication, persistence, and a consultative approach are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with prospects using Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Nurture leads, schedule meetings/demos, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and pitch relevant IT service solutions.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, technical, marketing) to customize proposals and close deals.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT Services).
- Proven track record of lead generation and quota achievement.
- Proficiency with Sales Navigator and other lead-prospecting tools.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Exposure to digital marketing or content marketing strategies.
- Understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, software development, or data analytics.
- Experience with cold outreach via email or phone, and proven ability to convert leads into opportunities.
