The role involves cold calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, pitching products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and prior telesales/inside sales experience.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the UK market.Present and promote company products/services to decision-makers.Generate qualified leads through effective questioning and relationship-building.Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate prospect information.Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities.Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales over the phone.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and market trends.Ensure compliance with company policies and international telesales standards.Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or international voice process (UK preferred).Excellent English communication and listening skills.Ability to engage, influence, and persuade customers over the phone.Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Comfortable working in UK shift timings (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST).Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training and ongoing professional development.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.Growth and career advancement within the organization.Salary 35,000 to 45,000 PM + Uncapped Commissions
