About the Role
Were looking for energetic HR professionals to handle end-to-end recruitment. Youll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and create job postings.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other resources.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.
- Manage candidate data and reports in the ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 0–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- (Bonus) Experience in global hiring and advanced sourcing tools.
