As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying future hiring needs to interviewing and evaluating candidates.QualificationsProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (6-12 months experience)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsUnderstanding of HR policies and proceduresFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databasesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to work effectively in a team environment
