For more information, visit on company website: www.Leemboodi.ComAbout the RoleWe are looking for a fresher or Junior HR Assistant to support our HR team in their tasks.In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, on-boarding formalities, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, supporting performance review processes, data entry and helping with employee engagement activities.Responsibilities1. Recruitment & StaffingOversee the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding.Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.Conduct interviews and manage final selection processes.Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.2. Employee Relations & EngagementMaintain healthy employee relations and resolve grievances effectively.Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.3. Performance ManagementMonitor the appraisal process and ensure timely reviews.Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and evaluating employee performance.Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.4. HR Policies & ComplianceDevelop, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.5. Payroll & Attendance ManagementSupervise attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory deductions.6. Strategic HR InitiativesSupport organizational growth through workforce planning and retention strategies.Assist in culture building and implementing HR best practices.Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports.7. Leadership & Team SupportMentor and guide junior HR team members.Collaborate with management for policy-level HR decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.Required SkillsGood typing speed and computer proficiency, including MS Office and basic Excel skillsFamiliarity with attendance management software or willingness to learnAbility to analyze data for informed decision-makingStrong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organizationExperience: 3-4yrs experience in HR or related fields is acceptableSalary: Upto ₹6 LPALocation: HTC-2, Near Samrat Vidhalay, Parvatpatiya, Surat 395010
